What an amazing experience at the Platinum Yucatan Princess! The Deluxe Junior Suite was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a beautiful pool view. I loved the close proximity to the beach, just a short walk away, and the beautiful parks nearby like point esmeralda where i enjoyed a lovely stroll. as a solo traveler, i appreciated the spacious room with stunning views which made my stay quite special. but the food options could have been more varied and authentic to really enhance the overall experience.

Had an amazing group vacation! Went diving at Cozumel’s coral reef and enjoyed a fun party with reggae music and a breathtaking fire show. Live music all around. Xcaret’s aquarium was a highlight. The hotel was perfect for relaxation, with great beach access and an awesome spa. Don't miss the evening musical at the Theatre and sunny days by the pool!

One night, we were kept awake by noise from the room above. It took a bit to settle in, but luckily the staff moved us to a quieter area after our complaint.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend stopover in Playa del Carmen with fantastic value for money. The room attendant was efficient and made amazing towel art every day, which added a nice touch to our stay. Try to book a room on a higher floor for the best views.
